CLEVELAND -- As the Browns prepare to battle the Steelers, Mayor Jackson proclaims this 'Brown and Orange' week.
On Wednesday, Mayor Frank G. Jackson will present a proclamation to the Cleveland Browns Backers, designating December 26, 2011 to January 1, 2012 'Brown and Orange' week in Cleveland.
Mayor Jackson hopes this declaration will rev up the fans to support the Cleveland Browns leading up to Sunday's 4:15 p.m. game at Cleveland Browns Stadium against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
