The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is looking for Nnanyelugo Okorie, who cut off his electronic monitoring bracelet in March, 1998, and fled Ohio. He was to appear in court on heroin trafficking charges and, after 12 years, may be back in the Cleveland area.
