BROOK PARK -- The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office indicted a Brook Park man, Wednesday, for a string of brutal robberies.
Robert Natola, 44, was arrested in Wyoming County, West Virginia, on December 23.
Last fall, two local communities experienced a string of violent attacks against women.
On three occasions, women were beaten and robbed as they exited grocery stores in Brook Park and Brooklyn.
For weeks, all police had was a sketch of the attacker.
But in late December, troopers in West Virginia pulled Natola over for driving a stolen car. The car was traced back to Brook Park, and when detectives went down to question Natola, they say he confessed to the other crimes.
Natola is serving a six-month sentence in a West Virginia jail.
Once it's over, he'll return to Cuyahoga County where he'll face numerous charges of felonious assault and aggravated robbery.
