Akron police are searching for a second suspect they believe is connected to a robbery and fatal shooting from earlier this month.

20-year-old Robert A. Davis Jr. is wanted for his alleged role in the robbery and shooting death of Phillip Michael Anderson in the 800 block of Princeton St. back on Jan. 10.

Just two days after the incident, Akron police arrested 20-year-old Demarcus Williams for his alleged role in the crime on charges of complicity to commit aggravated murder and complicity to commit aggravated robbery.

Anyone knowing Davis' whereabouts is encouraged to call the Akron Police Department Detective Bureau at (330) 375-2490; the U.S. Marshals Service at 1-866-4-WANTED; or the Summit County Crimestoppers Inc at (330) 434-COPS. Callers can remain anonymous.

Police warn that Davis, who is wanted for aggravated murder and aggravated robbery, should be considered armed and dangerous.
