CLEVELAND -- The U.S. Marshals' November Dirty Dozen" list includes men from Cleveland, Elyria, Toledo and Sandusky.

U.S. Marshal Peter J. Elliott has released the November 2011 updated "Dangerous Dozen" list of most wanted fugitives for the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.

Four new fugitives were added to the list this month to replace four captured fugitives.

Joel Mancilla is a Sandusky-area fugitive wanted for allegedly raping a 12-year-old autistic boy back in 2003.

Charles Claybrooks is an Elyria-area fugitive wanted for attempted homicide from an incident last summer in which he allegedly stabbed a woman while she was sleeping and left her to die. He then allegedly stole her vehicle which was found the next day in Mansfield.

Vince Miller is a Cleveland-area fugitive and is wanted on two warrants for robbery and aggravated robbery, both of which occurred this year in Fairview Park.

Martrece Dobson is a Toledo-area fugitive and is wanted for a homicide that occurred last month during a vigil that was supposed to be dedicated to stopping violence. Dobson allegedly got into an argument with another man at the vigil and pulled a gun and shot the victim who later died at the hospital.

All of the fugitives on the "Dangerous Dozen" should be considered dangerous individuals and should not be approached by the general public.

If anyone has information concerning the location of these fugitives, they are encouraged to contact the NOVFTF toll free at (866) 4WANTED.

Callers may remain anonymous and cash rewards are available for information leading to the arrest of any of these fugitives.

Since the inception of the "Dangerous Dozen" program in May 2010, the NOVFTF has apprehended or closed 69 of the 77 fugitives profiled on this list.

Of the 69 apprehended, 46 were a direct result of the exposure from the media and assistance of the public.
