Deandre Bouyer has been named Fugitive of the Week because he is now considered a Tier 1 Sex Offender, and has failed to register his current address with the state. He was last living on East 114th Street in Cleveland.
A few months after pleading guilty to attempted aggravated burglary and gross sexual imposition in March, 2009, Bouyer began to violate the terms of his sentence. By failing to register, he continued to be in violation and was put on the U.S. Marshal's fugitive list.
Anyone with information about Deandre Bouyer can call the U.S. Marshal's fugitive hotline at 1-866-4-WANTED. A reward is being offered and callers can remain anonymous.
