CLEVELAND -- Some help for Regency Windows customers who paid money up front for new windows now that the company is now in limbo. Another local company is now stepping up to help.

As we've been reporting, customers of Regency Windows got quite a shock in recent weeks.

They placed their orders and thought they knew what they were getting but ended up with an answering machine and no windows.

A local company has given them hope and help.

Window Nation will make the same deal to help any Regency customers who paid money up front and got nothing in return. At least it's something for those who thought they'd been left out in the cold.
