CLINTON -- Hundreds of Ohioans killed in Iraq and Afghanistan will soon be honored with the veterans of a previous generation.
A movement is underway to add the names of 275 Ohioans killed in recent wars to the wall at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park in Clinton -- just south of Akron.
The names of these newest heroes will be engraved on the backside of the wall.
Organizers believe the move will bridge the gap between veterans of two generations.
Eventually the names of 1700 Ohioans killed in Korea will also be added to the monument.
