Willoughby police responded to a one-vehicle accident about 2 a.m. Saturday off state Route 2 eastbound at the state Route 640 exit ramp.
Police say Lea Martin, 33 of East Cleveland, apparently drove her car off the right side of the roadway and struck the guardrail's "crash cushion" head-on.

Police say she was wearing a seatbelt and that alcohol was a contributing factor in Martin's crash.
