PORTAGE COUNTY -- The State Fire Marshal says two recent fires in Portage County have been ruled arsons.
The fires were set at the same apartment complex in Windham. No one was hurt in either fire.
One of the fires on January 18 was set at an unoccupied apartment on East Center Street. The second fire at a vacant apartment was set on January 26.
A Blue Ribbon Reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to the identification of the person or persons responsible.
Investigators say there have been five other fires in the same general area in 2011 and 2010.
