Deep Fried Burger Sliders with Dippers

ground meat

salt, pepper

1 cup flour

2 eggs, beaten

panko Italian seasoned bread crumbs.

Make mini-burgers.  Dip each burger in flour, egg, then bread crumbs.  Repeat until all burgers are made.

In a large skillet, coated with vegetable oil, heat on medium.  Fry each burger until golden brown on 1 side, then flip.  Obviously you can fry several at once.

Place on a plate with paper towels and season with salt immediately.

Serve with dippers!  I'm using honey mustard, ketchup and a "special sauce" (mayo with chopped dill pickles).
