Mrs. Romney and stay-at-home moms across the country fired back, saying raising children is hard work. The strategist has since apologized to anyone who was offended.
The mastermind behind the "Harry Potter" series has announced the title of her new book. JK Rowling says "The Casual Vacancy" is aimed for an adult audience. The publisher says the book is "blackly comic" story of the duplicity of a small english town called "Pagford." It goes on sale Sept. 27.
If an Alabama man would have pulled up his pants, he wouldn't be sitting in jail tonight. A judge sentenced Lamarcus Ramsey to three days in jail, not for receiving stolen property, as charged, but for wearing saggy pants. The judge said out of respect for the court, the next time he shows up in court, he'd better be wearing pants that fit. And a belt.
