Cleveland Kennel: 'Operation Nip-Tuck' for dogs

CLEVELAND -- The Cleveland City Kennel is now accepting appointments for its new project, "Operation Nip-Tuck."

On July 23, the renovated kennel will neuter 50-75 male dogs. Participating dogs will be given all their shots and will leave with a new collar.
